St. Ann's Academy is an incredible facility with an even more incredible past.

Parts of the Academy actually predate Victoria's incorporation as a city, and the story of St. Ann's Academy goes back to 1858, when four Sisters of St. Ann arrived in Victoria from Quebec to begin their mission of teaching and health care.

There are two Victorian Parlours, which separately provide the perfect location for smaller, more intimate receptions. However, when they are combined together with a spacious foyer, it creates the ideal site for a stand up event for 200 people.

St. Ann's Academy also boast six acres of grounds which features two unique areas for outdoor events. The Novitiate Garden features a recreated 1925 gazebo, manicured lawn, and perimeter flower beds, providing a lovely setting for dinners, receptions and garden parties.

St. Ann's Academy can accommodate 70 people for a formal sit down dinner, or 250 for a stand up reception. The Academy Green is an ideal location for larger outdoor parties.
